Manage administrative tasks for the Director.
Coordinate travel arrangements for the Director.
Maintain, organize and update records & documents for the Director.
Skills:
Excellent verbal & writing skills in English.
Excellent time management skills.
Good multitasking ability.
Good time management.
Good documentation skills.
Good attention to detail.
Amiable personality.
Maintain confidentiality.
Preferably a basic understanding of financial markets.
