REFUNDS, APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

We will send you a reminder SMS 24 hours prior to your appointment.


We may cancel your appointment and ask you to reschedule if, after multiple attempts, we cannot contact you. We will use reasonable endeavors to accommodate any requested changes to appointment times received more than 12 hours prior to your appointment.

We reserve the right to deem booking changes made within the 12 hours prior to the appointment as a cancellation by you, in which case you will be charged the full amount of the fee payable for the relevant appointment. Any rescheduling of an appointment should be done via email on hello@leafmedicine.com.au

You accept that if the practitioner calls you at your scheduled appointment time and you have missed the call, we at our discretion will consider this a no show and you will be charged the full amount of the fee payable for the relevant appointment.

Before we consider your appointment a no-show, your practitioner will try multiple times to contact you within the 1-hour window.   

LeafMedicine will not accept the returns of medication if you have changed your mind. If the medicine is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, we may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem.

LeafMedicine reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund where the medicine fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
